Consultation Services
Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the appointment has been scheduled, confirmed, or commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties. In the event of a cancellation by us or a material scheduling conflict, we may offer rescheduling or a credit at our discretion.
Digital Products and Resources
Digital products, templates, downloads, and other electronic resources are typically non-refundable once access has been granted, unless the product is materially defective, unavailable, or otherwise fails to conform to a stated description. Requests for a remedy must be made promptly after discovery of the issue.
Exceptional Requests
